Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Even if the registration form is submitted before the above-mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.

Requests for registration cancellation should be submitted via email to events@chemmedia.com.tr. An administrative fee of 1,500 TL will be applied for all cancellations made on or before 15 November 2023. No refund of the registration fee will be made for cancellations made on or after 15 November 2023.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the event and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
